MI.GE-1018 Air Permeability Tester
Air Permeability Tester for textiles consists of an arrangement for holding the test specimens between two flat faces so as to expose a known area to the flow of air through it, a vacuum system to draw air through the exposed area of the test specimens. There is an arrangement to measure the volume of air flowing through the test.

Specimen, and arrangement to measure the pressure drop between the faces of the test specimen. The test specimen is hold between two round-shaped grips. The grips are lined with rubber gasket to avoid the leakage of air through the edges. The two grips can be held the test specimens with the help of a hand operated screw mechanism.

The vacuum needed to draw the air through the test specimens is created with the vacuum pump supplied with the instrument. The vacuum pressure is measured by the digital manometer (or manometer tube) in terms of mm of water level & airflow is measured by the Rota meters attached with the instrument. The equipment is metallic paint & bright chrome plating finish for corrosion resistant finishing.

MI.GE-1019 Din Abrasion
This testing machine is used for determining the abrasion resistance of polyester soles, out soles and polymer sheet materials, rubber, leather, Tyre, conveyor belt, drive belt. You can determine the abrasive resistance by measuring the abrasion loss after the specimen is rubbed against sandpaper.

MI.GE-1020 Flexural Rigidity Tester
This test method is considered satisfactory for manufacturing quality control testing of a specific geo synthetics however, caution is advised since information about between-laboratory precision is incomplete. Comparative tests as directed.

This test method is not suitable for very limp geo synthetics or those that show a marked tendency to curl or twist at a cut edge. The stiffness of a geo synthetic may change with storage.

This test method covers the measurement of stiffness properties of geo grids, geo textiles and geog ridgeotextile composites all of which are referred to as Geo synthetics within this test method. Bending length is measured and Flexural rigidity is calculated through use of the cantilever test procedure.

MI.GE-1021 Fabric Stiffness Tester of geotextile
Fabric Stiffness Tester is used to measure the fabric stiffness, in addition to determine the bending height, Flexural rigidity and bending molds. The principle of cantilever bending of the specimen under its own mass. Ideal for testing non-woven and most fabrics, this tester conforms to existing test standards. May also be used to evaluate films, paper, leather and other flexible materials.

The specimen is moved across a smooth low-friction platform at a constant rate with motorized lead screw system. As the leading edge of the specimen projects from the platform, it bends under its own mass. The length of the overhang is measured when the specimen’s leading edge contacts the indicator. From this measured length, the bending length and Flexural rigidity are calculated.
